Long Island

Broad Hollow Bioscience Park

  • A collaborative effort between Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories and SUNY Farmingdale. NYBA Sustaining member OSI Pharmaceuticals serves as the anchor tenant in this park. A second 47,000 sq. ft. facility is currently under construction and will open for startup company tenancy in May 2006. Current tenants include NYBA members Helicon Therapeutics and Immuno-Rx.

Long Island High Technology Incubator

  • Located in the SUNY Stony Brook Campus. Tenants have access to select university facilities as well asaecom professional services via Shared Service Providers. NYBA member tenants include Evotope BioSciences and InGenius Targeting Laboratory Inc.

Audubon Biomedical Science & Technology Park

  • Located in the Columbia University uptown campus. Tenants have access to university facilities such as libraries and animal facilities. NYBA member tenants include Acceptys, GliaMed, Intra-Cellular Therapies, QRNA, Redox Pharmaceuticals and Roar Biomedical.

SUNY Albany East Campus Incubator

  • This incubator is located in the SUNY Albany Campus. Tenants have access to regional research facilities (transgenic, NMR, DNA Analysis, Hybridoma). Professional services are available through the Small Business Development Center and the University of Albany's School of Business. NYBA member Cytopia is located in this incubator.

  • This incubator is located in near the University of Buffalo's Amherst campus. It is a mixed use incubator suitable for anything from office operations to light manufacturing. Southern Tier

Cornell Business & Technology Park

  • This is a mixed use facility operated by Cornell University with 24 buildings. Langmuir Lab within this complex is ideal for biotechnology R&D start-ups. Expansion space is also available. Marmotech is a NYBA member tenant. Gross costs are $20/SF (wet) and $15/SF (dry). The facility is willing to fit-out and amortize the cost over the term of the lease.
