This incubator is located in near the University of Buffalo's Amherst campus. It is a mixed use incubator suitable for anything from office operations to light manufacturing. Tenants can avail of flexible rental terms, administrative support services, general business assistance and access to the university's facilities.
This is a mixed use facility operated by Cornell University with 24 buildings. Langmuir Lab within this complex is ideal for biotechnology R&D start-ups. Expansion space is also available.
